China’s ethnic diversity is one of the country’s best-kept secrets, but the cultural gems that these little known groups offer is beyond words. This film takes viewers on an enriching journey of colorful sights and sounds that entertain the senses.

With breathtaking views and the soft sound of the flute, one is introduced to the beauty of the Yunnan Province.

According to an elderly herbalist some of his secrets were brought from India through Tibet and to his small town. He recalls being a boy and meeting many foreigners in the area, many of them were Christian missionaries; others were Buddhists and some Muslims.  He states that he spent some time with each religious group and everything was peaceful.
